Aqaba

We welcome you to Jordan! Your arrival will be in Aqaba, where we will warmly welcome you at the airport. Your first evening will be enriched with a delicious dinner and a comfortable overnight stay in Aqaba.

day 2

AQABA – DEAD SEA – AMMAN

After enjoying breakfast, we will venture towards the Dead Sea, the lowest point on the planet. Located in the Jordan Valley, 55 km southeast of Amman, the Dead Sea represents one of the most fascinating natural and spiritual landscapes in the world, preserving wonderful treasures accumulated over thousands of years. The day will end with dinner and an overnight stay in Amman.

day 3

AMMAN – JERASH – AJLUN

After enjoying a delicious breakfast, we set out to explore the ancient Roman city of Jerash, with its paved streets, colonnades, temples towering over the hills, theaters, spacious public squares, baths, fountains, and city walls. We continue our journey towards the north of Jordan to explore one of the most significant ecological and historical sites in the Middle East. The Castle of Ajloun (Qal'at Ar-Rabad) is a masterpiece of Islamic architecture, built by Saladin's general in 1184 AD to oversee the iron mines of Ajloun and to counter the forces of the Crusaders, dominating the three main access routes to Jordan.

day 4

AMMAN – MADABA – NEBO – SHOBACK – PETRA

After enjoying a delicious breakfast, we continue our journey exploring Madaba, famous for its extraordinary 6th-century mosaic map depicting Jerusalem and the Holy Land, as well as its magnificent Byzantine and Umayyad mosaics. Subsequently, we visit Mount Nebo, mentioned in the Bible as the place where Moses saw the Promised Land. North of Petra, there is a majestic castle that bears witness to the grandeur of an ancient crusade, dating back to the same tumultuous period as Kerak, a rock cone rising in a wild and rugged landscape, enriched by a vast expanse of fruit trees. We conclude the day with an overnight stay at Petra.

day 5

PETRA

After enjoying breakfast, we will venture into the city of Petra, one of the 7 wonders of the world and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. We will pass through a narrow gorge that is 1 km long, flanked by majestic cliffs that are 80 meters high! You will be mesmerized by the vibrant colors and breathtaking rock formations. Petra is a vast site that houses hundreds of elaborate tombs carved into the rock, a treasure, Roman-style theaters, temples, sacrificial altars, and colonnaded streets. We will end the day with a delicious dinner and a comfortable overnight stay in Petra.

day 6

PETRA – WADI RUM – AQABA

After enjoying our breakfast, we venture towards the south of Jordan to discover more places of interest, including the Wadi Rum. Immerse yourself in the Wadi Rum experience with a 2-hour jeep tour in the Jordanian desert! Wadi Rum has been beautifully described by T.E. Lawrence as 'Vast, echoing and god-like' and by the locals as 'Valley of the Moon'. We conclude the day with dinner and an overnight stay in Aqaba.

day 7

Aqaba

Today is entirely dedicated to leisure time in Aqaba! Take your time to visit the city as you want, don't hesitate to ask your tour leader some piece of advices!

day 8

Aqaba

After enjoying our breakfast, we will set off from Aqaba, heading to the King Hussein International Airport for our return flight to Italy. Here our adventure in Jordan comes to an end. We look forward to seeing you on our next tour!
