day 1

LIPARI

Welcome to Sicily! We will meet directly at the hosting hotel in Lipari depending on the departure location chosen at the time of booking. Here we meet our guide and fellow travelers, whom we will get to know better during the welcome cocktail.

day 2

SALTWORKS

Boat departure for Salina. Before reaching Salina, there's a chance for a swimming stop in the crystal-clear waters near the Pumice Caves. Sailing along the coast, we reach the island of Salina with a stop at the beautiful Pollara Bay, a film set for famous movies. Opportunity for a dip in the bay's waters. We continue our boat tour towards the village of Rinella in the municipality of Leni, where the bus will be waiting for us for an island tour. We reach the municipality of Malfa, crossing the Valdichiesa pass between the two majestic mountains of the island, Monte delle Felci and Monte Porri, both surrounded by dense vegetation, vineyards, and caper fields. Visit to the Aeolian Emigration Museum. We proceed towards the municipality of Santa Marina Salina where we will stop in the district of Lingua, a charming village bordered by the famous salt lake that inspired the island's name. Stop for an Aeolian snack: “pane cunzato” and granita. In the afternoon, we return by boat along the western coast of Lipari to admire the Pietra Menalda and Pietralonga stacks.

day 3

VOLCANO

Departure by boat to the island of Vulcano admiring the bays and the coast of the island with special attention to the “Grotta del Cavallo” and the “Pool of Venus“. There's the possibility of stopping for a swim from the motorboat. This is followed by a bus tour of the island and a stop to taste typical Aeolian products such as capers, honey, cheese, and a glass of wine. Lunch is at your discretion and there is free time available with the option to bathe in the sulphurous waters of the eastern bay or take a dip in the famous black sands beach.

day 4

PANAREA - STROMBOLI

Boat departure for Panarea. Arrival near the island, skirting the beautiful bays of Calajunco, Cala Zimmari, and Drauto. Stop with a walk in the town center to admire the typical houses and pedestrian alleys lined with dry stone walls and flowers. Lunch at your discretion. In the early afternoon, boarding and heading for Stromboli, passing by the islets of Panarea. Arrival at the port of Stromboli with disembarkation and a walk in the town center and free time to enjoy the charming bars and venues that organize aperitifs on panoramic terraces. At dusk, boarding and heading towards the 'Sciara del Fuoco', skirting the islet of Strombolicchio at sunset, where the boat will stop to admire the explosive activity of Stromboli from the sea. Return to Lipari, dinner at your discretion and overnight stay in a hotel.

day 5

LIPARI

In the morning, a walking tour through the alleys of the historic center of Lipari and a visit with a local guide to the archaeological park and the Cathedral. Optional visit to the Bernabò Brea Archaeological Museum. This is followed by a bus tour with panoramic stops at the most beautiful spots on the island.

day 6

ALICUDI - FILICUDI

Boat departure for Alicudi, the wildest of the islands, also known as the heather island. Visit to the small fishing village and free time. In the early afternoon, we continue to Filicudi, the island of ferns, sailing past the Canna stacks, Montenassari, and the Bue Marino Cave. Arrival at the port and free time.

day 7

LIPARI

After breakfast, we will have the day at our disposal. For those interested, with the support of the tour leader, it is possible to book (for a fee) one of the following options: an exciting trek with an expert local guide, renting a traditional boat with skipper to explore the most enchanting beaches accessible only by sea, entry to a wellness center, or a day of pure relaxation at one of the island's luxurious beach resorts.

day 8

LIPARI

Our journey to the Aeolian Islands has come to an end. We will be escorted to the port of Lipari to return independently to our place of origin.
