Islands and volcanoes

Homepage / Asia / Indonesia
Where the splendor of the Indo-Buddhist empires has blended with Islam, and the wildest nature of a volcanic land with the influences of industrialized West. In Indonesia, you encounter the island of Java: from Jakarta to Bali the colors of a powerful nature, the architectural splendors of Hindu and Buddhist, the sultans' palaces, the plantations of coffee, tea, cocoa, cloves, vanilla, pepper, chili, banana, and tobacco. Smoky volcanic landscapes that plunge into crystal-clear waters.
