day 1

TAORMINA

Touch down at Catania Airport and, after retrieving your luggage, you have the option to join a group transfer to our hotel in Taormina area. There are no scheduled activities for the day, allowing you to settle in at your own pace. All the details of the upcoming program will be available at the hotel. Enjoy a delightful dinner at the hotel before turning in for the night.

day 2

ETNA

Join us for a delightful breakfast at the hotel before we embark on an exciting journey to Mt. Etna, Sicily's highest peak and Europe's most active volcano. We'll traverse through the 'Park of Etna', one of Italy's largest protected areas. Be prepared to be amazed by the diverse vegetation and landscapes we'll encounter on our way to the 'Silvestri Craters' (approximately 1,900 mt). From this point, you have the option to further explore by jeep and cableway (at an additional cost). After indulging in some local Sicilian delicacies, we'll return to the hotel. If you've booked dinner, it will be served, followed by an overnight stay.

day 3

SYRACUSE

Join us for a delightful breakfast at the hotel before we set off for Syracuse, a captivating archaeological treasure on the island. We'll explore the Archeological Park (at an additional cost), marvel at the Roman Amphitheatre, and be awed by the Greek Theatre. We'll also visit the intriguing Ear of Dionysus and the mysterious Cave of the Cordari. Our journey continues to the Island of Ortigia, the city's oldest core, where we'll admire its breathtaking cathedral. After a day filled with discovery, we'll return to the hotel for a delicious dinner and a restful night's sleep.

day 4

BOAT TOUR TAORMINA - AGRIGENTO

Start your day with a delightful breakfast at our hotel. You have the freedom to plan your day or opt for one of our exciting excursions. Included in your package is the 'Taormina coast to coast by boat' tour. This adventure takes you on a journey to explore the stunning Giardini/Naxos-Taormina coastline. We'll meet at the Giardini Naxos port and embark on a comfortable boat (max. 12 persons) to explore the Ionian Coast. You'll be treated to a spectacular view of Mount Etna and its surrounding sights. Discover caves, rock formations, and the beautiful Nature Reserve of Isola Bella, including a visit to the famous 'Grotta Azzurra' (subject to weather conditions and currents).

We also offer optional excursions. One is a trip to Agrigento, where you'll visit the Temples’ Valley, including the Temple of Juno, the Temple of Concorde, the Temple of Hercules, and the Temple of Castor and Pollux. After a day of exploration, return to our hotel in Letojanni for a restful night.

Another optional excursion is 'Snorkeloing'. Experience the beauty of Italy’s coastline by snorkeling along the vertical walls in the bay of the blue cave and in the marine park of Isola Bella. You'll be surrounded by a vast variety of flora and fauna. The unique morphology of the coast and the sea beds is a sight to behold. Our tours include detailed explanations of the area’s history, including archaeological traces of the Greek/Roman period. Refreshments are provided during the tour, and our friendly staff will ensure you fully enjoy the magical atmosphere of this wonderful island. Snorkeling and scuba diving are the best activities to admire Taormina’s wonderful backdrops – the coral and sea grass are not to be missed! End your day with a delicious dinner and a comfortable overnight stay.
