day 1

REYKJAVIK

We will meet directly at the hotel in Reykjavík. After check-in, you will have some free time to start exploring the world's northernmost capital. We invite you to immerse yourself in the unique atmosphere of this fascinating city.

Meals not included. Airport transfer not included. It is possible to leave luggage at the hotel before check-in.

day 2

REYKJAVIK – GOLDEN CIRCLE – HVOLSVOLLUR

250 km / 4 h

We start our day exploring the Thingvellir National Park, a historic site of the first Icelandic parliament. Here, we can observe the separation of the American and Eurasian tectonic plates. Next, we will marvel at Silfra, a spectacular water-filled fissure that stretches across the landscape. We continue our journey to the Geysir area, where some geysers reach an impressive height of 30 meters! We will be captivated by the majestic beauty of the Gullfoss waterfall, before heading towards the Hvolsvollur valley. Here, we will spend the night in a typical Icelandic guesthouse, the perfect place to admire the Northern Lights.

day 3

SOUTHERN COAST – JOKULSARLON

350 km / 5 h

The third day of our journey begins with a visit to the magnificent Skógafoss waterfall, one of the most spectacular in Iceland. We continue our route along the southern coast of Iceland, where we will have the chance to observe other famous natural beauties of the country, from the striking rock formations of Reynisdrangar, to the majestic promontory of Dyrhólaey, to the astonishing black sand beach of Reynisfjara. In the afternoon, we will dedicate ourselves to visiting the renowned Jokulsarlon glacial lagoon, a true sea of floating icebergs. Our day ends at a comfortable farmhouse on the southern coast, where, if the weather permits, we will have the opportunity to experience the extraordinary Northern Lights!

day 4

VATNAJOKULL– VIK

250 km / 3-4 h

This morning we dedicate ourselves to a walk on the Vatnajokull, the largest ice cap in Europe from which about 30 glaciers flow. Alternatively, you can take an excursion to the ice tongue of Jokulsarlon or Fjallsarlon or spend a relaxing morning exploring the surroundings of the farm stay before heading to the Thorbergur Center. In the afternoon, our visit continues towards Vik, the characteristic and picturesque seaside town with black sand.

day 5

REYKJAVIK

200 km/ 3 h

We continue our fascinating journey in Iceland with a visit to the spectacular Seljalandsfoss waterfall. Afterwards, we dedicate the rest of the day to exploring the vibrant city of Reykjavik, with a guided walk that will lead us to discover its main attractions and points of interest. Our route will take us from the old harbor, through the heart of the city, to the famous Hallgrimskirkja church. As evening falls, we will have the opportunity to once again admire the Northern Lights away from the city, or to relax with a bath in the geothermal waters of the famous Blue Lagoon.

day 6

REYKJAVIK

Here ends our wonderful journey in Iceland. Depending on your return flight schedule, you will have the opportunity to visit some of the city's most prestigious art galleries. Alternatively, you might choose to have an exciting snorkeling adventure in the Silfra fissure. If you prefer to extend your stay, we can arrange an extension, subject to availability.
